15 Things That Happen When You Join A Gym

Going to the gym can be a scary thing, many people don’t go through with it but there are some brave souls who decide that they will join a gym and become a regular member.
Here are somethings those people experience.
1. The gym has a distinct smell and you can’t put your finger on what it is

2. Everyone around you sweats and so do you

3. You quickly realise you should have bought a towel

4. You don’t know anyone’s name so resort to call them nick names

5. You hope no one’s looking at you when you mess up

6. You’re apprehensive about talking to people at the gym for fear that they’ll make fun of you

7. You feel like everyone’s staring at you

10. A lot of regular gym goes make ALOT of noise.. and it’s really weird

11. The dumbbells you use are microscopic next to the dumbbells the other gym goers are using

13. You find so many people working out like a pro on the stepper, treadmill and cycle that its intimidating to use those machines after they’re done.
