Sirapassorn is a Thai model who ran for Miss International Queen in 2011 and won it. It is the most prestigious pageant for transgender women.

3. Andreja Pejić

Pejić, an Australian model, underwent gender reassignment surgery in early 2014, and in 2015 became the first transgender model profiled by the fashion and lifestyle magazine Vogue, in its May issue.

4. Kelly Van Der Veer

Born as a male in 1980, Kelly is a Dutch television personality and a popular singer. She underwent sex reassignment surgery when she was just nineteen years of age.

5. Caroline Cossey

Born Barry Kenneth Cossey is the most famous transgender women in the world. She is a beautiful model who also appeared in a James Bond movie, and has the credit of being the first, posing for Playboy.

6. Chamila Asanka

Chamila Asanka has made several headlines in news all over Sri lanka and Asian countries to closely confess about her transformation decision in public. She has participated in many modelling assignments and pageant competitions.

7. Florencia De La V

Argentinian Florencia De La V began life in 1976 as Roberto Carlos Trinidad, but she has since gone on to be one of the most recognizable transgendered actresses in the world. De La V has appeared on soap operas, in magazines, in clubs, and was once the editor of a magazine.

A Canadian model and TV personality, she became famous when she waged a legal battle to be allowed to compete in the Miss Universe Canada after being disqualified for being a trans woman.

This Indian model was born a man but she could not express herself as a man. So she underwent a sex change surgery in 2009 and has never looked back.

Only a few months after the divorce from Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner,A retired Olympic decathlon champion, announced herself as a trans woman. She went public with her changed identity through a cover story on her, published in the Vanity Fair issue of July 2015. From then on, Caitlyn Jenner became known as the most famous trans woman in the world.
