She has not been training for her entire life; in fact she started training at the age of 56 with her sister.
She has won two body building titles since then and is the oldest female bodybuilder in the world till date.
What keeps her fit? Her intense training and diet!
She wakes up at 3 am every day and runs up to a good 80 miles every week.
Her training session starts from 8 am.
She follows a strict diet that include boiled egg whites, chicken, and vegetables. She also drinks plenty of water.
