Being tired all day isn’t normal. Unless you’ve been working all day then it makes sense. But if you’re tired for no reason there could be a problem. Here are some things that could be making you feel tired all the time:
Lack of fluids could be the reason you’re feeling tired all the time. A lack of fluid could slow down the supply of oxygen to the brain which could make you feel drowsy or sleepy all day.
2. Thyroid problem
Hypothyroidism can cause you to feel tired and sluggish all day. A simple blood test can detect the problem.
3. Mineral deficency
If you have a bad diet where you’re not eating a good amount of vegetables and nuts it could be the reason you’re feeling tired. Leafy greens and nuts contain magnesium which plays an important role in muscle health, blood glucose levels and focus.
4. No breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, without breakfast you won’t have any fuel for your body. When you wake up you need to have breakfast to get through the day.
5. Sleep apnea
This is a sleep disorder where a person may stop breathing during his sleep.
