1. High heels
The higher the heel the more pressure is pushed on the balls of the feet making your torso lean forward putting a lot of stress on your spine. Blisters, toe and calf pain all accompany high heels
2. Carrying a big bag
Carrying a heavy bag may make you lean to one side more than the other, this could cause muscle imbalances, and alignment problems. Carrying a heavy bag may even make your shoulder higher than the other.
3. Flip flops (Chappals)
These shoes also don’t support the foot in any way. It could cause tendinitis because you have to grip the shoe with your toes.
4. Heavy Jewelry
Jewelry which is really heavy and worn regularly can also be harmful, they stretch your piercings and can even cause head aches and neck pains.
5. Tight clothes
Be them skinny jeans or tight shirts, they’re bad for you. Some clothes can restrict blood circulation. Wearing tight clothes also causes you to suck your stomach in affecting your concentration in whatever you’re doing. Skinny jeans are especially bad for some men’s sexual health.
