If you’re angry or get angry often do these things to help you clam down and control your anger

1. Move around

Getting a change of scenery will interrupt the negative thought process we are going through

2. Deep breathe

Take some really deep breaths and get some oxygen to your brain, your heart rate will slow down and you’ll hopefully stop seeing red

3. Write things down

Write down what you’re feeling and why you’re feeling the way you are. Maybe you won’t stay angry because what’s making you angry isn’t a big deal

4. Go for a walk

Walking is great, it clears your mind and helps you relax and get away from everything thats bothering you

5. Exercise

Exercising releases endorphins which is a feel good horomone which will obviously make you feel good

6. Meditate

Calm yourself and meditate, empty your mind forget everything that is happening around you and just meditate. Breathe relax and find your center

Feel yourself getting angry snap a rubber band on your wrist to stop thinking negative thoughts
